Anna specializes in international commercial law and technology. She has over 15 years of experience in EU and international law, working in the public sector and international environment. Led evaluation of the Latvian justice system, covering commercial law, service delivery, dispute resolution environment, and insolvency regulation. Contributed to the best practices and international standards in law and technology, in cooperation with Council of Europe and OECD worked across Central and Eastern Europe. Doing research in business orientated justice system development, undertook internships at the Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law, University of Cambridge and Institute for Legal Informatics and Judicial Systems. Since 2023 member of the Council of the European Law Institute (ELI) and founder of ELI Baltic Hub.
